hey mate there's your answer.

given x+y=-4

cubing on both sides

(x+y)^3 =(-4)^3

[(x+y)^3=x^3+y^3+3x^2y+3xy^2]

x^3 +y^3+3x^2y+3xy^2=-64

x^3+y^3+3xy(x+y)=-64

[in place of x+y apply its value]

x^3+y^3+3xy(-4)=-64

x^3+y^3-12xy=-64

x^3+y^3-12xy+64=0
