let maximum height =h m

time to achieve the maximum height=t sec

now its final velocity(v)=0

v=u-gt

0=200-10t

t=(200/10) =20sec

maximum height

h=ut-(1/2)at^2

=200*20-(1/2)(10)(20)^2

=20(200-100)

=20*100

=2000m=2km

velocity after 10 sec

v(10)=200-10*10

=100m/sec
