hey there abssica is the value on x axis and ordinate is on y axis so they all represent (x,y)
hence the value of x is absica and y is ordinate
so answer is 7is absica and 3 is ordinate
0 is absica and 8 is ordinate
5 is abssica and 13 is ordinate
you must clarify this concept its very easy
hope it helps you

Answer :
To solve this question, Firstly It is very important to know that what exactly abcissa and ordinate is.
As we know that on a Cartesian plane there are two axes =>
x - axis and y - axis
So, we always consider x at no. 1 and y at no. 2
for example --
If I'm having (2,0) then here 2 will lie on x - axis and 0 will lie on y-axis.
Now, we call x - axis as abscissa and y - axis as ordinate.
So, it is understood that abscissa (x) comes first and ordinate (y) comes second.
Therefore,
1. (7,3) =>
As we can see that the first point is 7.
Therefore 7 is abscissa.
2nd point or point which is at second position is 3.
Therefore ordinate is 3.
2. (0,8)
It is quite simple now,
0 = abscissa
8 = ordinate.
3. (5,13)
5 = abscissa
13 = ordinate.
