the ocean contain too much saline water and we cannot drink saline water but saline water can be made into freshwater, which is the purpose of this portable, inflatable solar still (it even wraps up into a tiny package). The process is called desalination, and it is being used more and more around the world to provide people with needed freshwater. but it takes too much cost .

so the another way is,

ocean contain a huge amount of glaciers ( ice berg ) . there infinite iceberg in ocean .the ice berg contain dozen of pure water which can be drinked by humans so but the only problem is that they are in solid form . so if we convert iceberg ( solid ) in liquid then we can simply transport super pure water to land .and it takes very few costs compared to purifying saline water .
