Want answers?......

You know People neglect NCERT... But NCERT is more than enough for a good knowledge.....

Well I love the writing of whomsoever it is...

I can help you...

Evaporation depends on several factors....

1) It depends on surface area....

Remember when you eat Maggi in bowl and that in plate... Maggi after being prepared needed to be cooled first to eat... So of course all children know that it cools faster in plate having large surface area.....

2)It depends on the flow of air...

Of course when you eat your Maggi just in kitchen you will feel it to be hot....

But in your room below fan or in front of cooler you find your Maggi have taken no time to get cooler....

So as fast the flow of air is the lesser time it will take to evaporate..

3)Of course Evaporation is gaseous phase of water.... Not the process of Evaporation but actually vapors...

The more the latent heat of a substance the more it will have cooling effect... I think so... I am not sure about this as it has been several years to study this... But vapors will take heat of substance and cool the residual... Better you ask this point from your teacher...

4)Temerature of course has a role to play in Evaporation.... This is because at low temperatures surrounding air will be cooler and denser... It will not allow any more particles to come and adjust... But as temperature increases Evaporation becomes easier... Cool your Maggi.... It will remain as such but when it is hot all the water or can be called the liquid evaporates and you are left with your noodles as such...

5)Finally humidity.... You have seen during October months we have sweats on our face... And it remains as humidity in air which already contains lots of water doesn't allow other vapors to come and make crowding.... So you use your handkerchief again and again.... So these are the factors I remember... There may be lots of more but it is not of your level... It's in higher studies..... Thanks...
