on oil and possibly on milk.

A piece of wood will again float on all the

liquids.

The reason here being is the difference

in the densities of the floating material

and the liquid. The lesser the density

of the material than the liquid, the more

easily it will float. The order of densities is

all pin> rubber> piece of wood > cork.
