Here is my schedule.. please make study timetable according to this schedule:-
1.I wake up at 4.30 On Tuesday,Thursday,and Saturday for morning tuition....Go to school at 7 am...come home 2.15 pm ...go to tuition 4.00pm..come home 5.30
2.Wake up at 5.00 am and study till 6.00am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday..go to school at 7 am...come home at the same time...go to tuition at 5 pm...come home 6.30 pm...back to studies at 7.00 pm..
But during the study hours I become so sleepy and sometimes I Use phone and listen to music..how can I avoid such distractions... please provide me with some tips friends...

You can do the following things to avoid such distractions...
1.First of all, give time in sleeping which may result in not getting asleep.
2.You may drink coffe to avoid sleep.
3.Refreshment for 3 to 5 minutes is great in this regard..
