Here's your answer

1. Genetic variation, natural selection and reproductive isolation could lead to rise of new species

2. No, because asexual reproduction involves only a single parent and therefore geographical isolation does not affect it. Moreover there are very less variations in asexually reproducing organisms

3. No, because self pollinating plants would receive pollen grains from same flower or different flower of the same plant. So, geographical isolation will not affect a self pollinating plant species
