Answer: oil=> it will dissolve in benzene. I have no idea about the observation and conclusion.

Ink=> it will dissolve in water. the solute will be evenly distributed in the solvent and it will form a colloidal sol.

honey=>it will again dissolve in polar solvents. since honey is heavier than polar solvents it will settle down first and then upon mixing it will be distributed.

dettol=> it will dissolve in polar solvents. it will form a colloidal sol.

soil=> soil will no dissolve in any medium. it just settles at the bottom of the container as it is heavier.

rooafaza=> it will dissolve in polar solvents. it will form a colloidal sol.

salt=>it will dissolve in polar solvents. if it is not stirred then it will settle at the bottom but upon mixing it will dissolve forming salt sol.

milk=>it will dissolve in polar solvents. forms colloidal sol.

filtered tea=> the tea leaves of the bag will disassociate the flavor and forms colloidal sol.

soap sol.=> it will dissolve in polar solvents. and forms foam of long chain  sodium salts
