please please provide guidelines to crack neet if repeated a year??

See if you want to repeat to clear NEET it is obvious cause my cousin did this and this year he got 71%(517/720) and qualified in NEET while last year he got near about 50%-60%. So it possible to clear NEET the second time with good marks.
