when the capacitor is fully charged, the current through that branch stops flowing.
so, the current flows through the parent branch having 10 ohm and 5 ohm resistors in series with the battery.
so, i = 30 / (10+5) = 2 A
so, voltage drop across that 10 ohm resistor = 2 × 10 = 20 V
now,
since, current through the branch containing capacitor is zero, potential drop through the 10 ohm resistor in that branch is zero.
so,
potential across capacitor will be equal to the potential drop across the 10 ohm resistor in parent branch.
hence, the answer is 20 V.....
