(i) x + y = 6.

Put x = 0 ; y = 6.

Put y = 0 ; x = 6.

Put x = 3 ; y = 3.

(ii) x - y = 4.

Put x = 0 ; y = -4.

Put y =0 ; x = 4.

Put  x = 2 ; y = -2.

From graph the common value for both of them is (5,1).

P.S : Aap ne jo (2,2) point liya he, voh point, x + y = 6 pe nahi rehta hai. Isile aapko graph nahi aa raha tha.
