According to question.

mean of 5 numbers = 66

(x1 + x2 + x3 + x4 + x5)/5 = 66

x1 + x2 + x3 + x4 + x5 = 330 ....(1)

in question it is also given that,

x1 = (x2 + x3 + x4 + x5)/5

from this we conclude that

x2 + x3 + x4 + x5 = 5x1

put thi in equation ...(1)

we get

x1 + 5x1 = 330

6x1 = 330

x1 = 55

so the first number is 55.
