First you have to wake up early in the morning i.e at 4 am and go through your studies. The you have to do your daily routine i.e brushing and bathing. After that go through your studies. And then eat the lunch and rest for one hour. Always remember one thing that you have to work hard to achieve your goal in your life. Always keep these things in mind.
