Given :----

  • Speed of car A = 60km/h
  • Time to cover Distance = 6 hours

To find :-----

  • Time taken by B to cover same distance at the speed of 80km/h ?
  • Speed of car C when it takes 9 hours to cover same distance ?

Formula used :-----

  • Distance = Speed × Time
  • Speed = Distance/Time
  • Time = Distance /speed

Solution :---------

Total distance covered by Car A = 60×6 = 360km

Now, to cover this distance Time B will take = 360/80 = 4.5 hours ..

Now, this distance is covered by C in 9 hours , that means speed of car = 360/9 = 40km/h

(Hope it helps you)
