1)If roots and stems bend away from the stimulus, then this is known as negative tropism.

2)The sub divisions of forebrain are hypothalamus, thalamus and cerebrum. They are responsible for perceiving sensory information, understanding language and controls autonomic functions like controlling heart beat rate, respiration rate and metabolism rate.

3)1.8x10 raise to power 25 molecules of methane have highest mass. We can calculate this by converting all of them into moles by dividing their molecules with Avogadro’s number i.e. 6.022x10 raise to power 23 and then by multiplying moles with their molar mass.

4)Mass of water=1kg

Mass of liquid=2kg

density of liquid=3g/cm3

As,

Density=Mass x Volume

density of the first liquid =1000×3=3000g/cm3

density of the second liquid =2000×3=6000g/cm3

the average density=3000+6000/2=4500g/cm3

5)If object of length f is placed, then its answer will be zero. As the radius of curvature=2f

For object distance=q=2f-f=f

The spherical mirror formula is:

1/f= 1/p+1/q

For concave mirror,

1/f=1/p-1/q

-1/f+1/f=1/p (image distance)
