Answer:


First we will put the value of tanQ and cotQ.


Then, we will solve it.

Then as cosQ and sinQ are in denominator, we will solve it.


Then when we will add them all, sinQ and cosQ will cancel out and only secQ+cosecQ is left.

That's all!!!!
