Answer:

See sis don't stress and study it wont helps you grasp thing

It doesn't matter how many hours you study just focus on how much you study in that one hour with full concentration

But you have asked so I'm setting a time table

Explanation:

6 am wake up

6am-8 am -bath,work out,jogging, yoga

8 am- eat a lots of fruits and drink one whole glass of milk

8:30 to 10:30-study with full concentration

10:30-if you are hungry eat breakfast.

Till 11-watch TV and eat breakfast

11:00 to 1:00-again study with focus

1:00 to 2:00-it's your time do whatever you want

2:00-eat lunch

2:00-3:00-watch TV and eat lunch

3:00-4:00-take a nap

4:00-5:45-go out and play a lot

5:45-6:00-wash hands and feet drink tea or coffe if you want

6:00-9:00-study

9:00 to 10:00 -have your dinner and watch TV.

Tip1: in the morning when you study(8:30-10:30) I suggest you to study mathematics(2 hours).

Tip2: your breakfast must contain egg,brown bread,peanut butter,smoothie

Tip 3: your lunch and dinner must contain a lots and lots of green begins

Tip 4: in between your studies eat dry fruits, chocolate, granola bars, some snacks etc but not at all eat heavy as it makes you feel dull.

See how productive this routine is ,in one day 7 hours study,2 hours for your body fitness,1 hour rest,2 hours TV, 2 hour play, super healthy diet

hope this will help you and the most important part of this time table is enjoy your childhood to the fullest Beacuse when you grow up you have to study a loooot

samay dikhai nahi deta pr bohot kuch dikha deta hai
