3. consolidation of land holding.
4.introduction of green revolution as a package technology ( farmers were given HYV seeds,fertilisers,loans,machines,irrigation facilities..manymore)
5.white revolution also called operation flood project to increase the milk production in the country.
6.schemes like KCC- kissan credit card and PAIS- personal accident insurance scheme are given .
7.announcements on radio as special weather bulletins.
8.agriculture programs for farmers on radio or TV.
9. provinsion for crop insurance against drought,floods,fire,cyclones,disease and pests.
10.govt. also announces MSP and procurement prices to the farmers to check that they are not exploited traders .
