hey there here is your answer

 \sqrt{1369 } + \sqrt{0.0615 + x} = 37.25 \\ 37 + \sqrt{615 \times {10}^{ - 4} + x} = 37.25 \\ \sqrt{615 \times {10}^{ - 4} + x } = 0.25 \\ squarring \: on \: both \: sides \\ 615 \times {10}^{ - 4} + x = ({25 \times {10}^{ - 2} })^{2} \\ 615 \times {10}^{ - 4} + x = 625 \times {10}^{ - 4} \\ x = 625 \times {10}^{ - 4} - 615 \times {10}^{ - 4} \\ x = {10}^{ - 4} (625 - 615) \\ x = {10}^{ - 4} \times 10 \\ x = {10}^{ - 3} = 0.001
hope it helps....
