Solution 1✐✐✐✐✐

net resistance is

[here all upper 4 ohms (3 pcs)are in series

and 2ohms(3pcs)in lower end are in series]

 = 5 + 6 + \frac{(2 + 2 + 2)(4)(4 + 4 + 4)}{2 + 2 + 2 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4} \\ = 11 + \frac{24 \times 12}{22} \\ = \frac{265}{11} ohm

solution 2✐✐✐✐✐

total current

 = \frac{6}{ \frac{265}{11} } \\ = \frac{66}{265} \\ = 0.25 \: \: amp(almost)

solution 3✐✐✐✐✐

potential difference across 5 ohm is

 = 0.25 \times 5 \: \: ohm \\ = 1.25 \: v
