(a) calculate the area of given surfaces-

(i) area of triangle= 1/2xbxh

area = 1/2x8x10

area= 40cm^2

(ii) area of circle =πr^2 r= 3cm

area= 22/7 x 3 x 3

area = 28.274

(b) calculate volume of-

(i) volume of cuboid= l x b x h

volume = 10 x 5 x 15

volume = 750 cm^2

(ii) volume of sphere = 4/3πr3

volume = 4/3 x 22/7 x 4 x 4 x 4

volume = 268.082

(iii) volume of cylinder = πr^2h

volume= 22/7 x 8 x 8 x 35

volume = 7037.16
