4p^2-4p-15=0
4p^2-10p+6p-15=0
2p(2p-5)+3(2p-5)=0
(2p-5)(2p+3)=0
either 2p-5=0 or 2p+3=0
p=5/2 or p=_3/2
x+1/x=5/2 and x+1/x=-3/2
solving we get
