 =  {( \frac{ - 3}{5}) }^{14 + ( - 3)}  =  { (\frac{ - 3}{5}) }^{3x + 2}

 =   {( \frac{ - 3}{5}) }^{11} =  { (\frac{ - 3}{5} )}^{3x + 2}

= 3x + 2 = 11

= 3x = 9

= x = 3

Hence, the value of x is 3.

Answer:

x=3

Step-by-step explanation:

since bases are same powers will be added,

14-3=11

and 3 X + 2 =11

( we need to write -3/5on both rhs and lhs as these are their powers)

3x=11-2

3x=9

x=9/3=3

therefore x is equal to 3
