Dear friend I'm trying to give you some hints
first you could make one good introduction using some thoughts and proverbs..
then start making the body:
when a teacher is scolding and beating a child harshly , this would create an anger in the child's mind,, so instead of scolding and beating the teacher could advise him in a kind and loving manner. .......this principle could be used between a parent and a child also..
If some issue is happening between friends ,, instead of starting a quarrel,, they could think and find a solution and solve the problem.
u could apply some of your ideas also..
Next make an excellent conclusion. In this also u could use some famous thoughts.
