if sugar is 30%-100%

= 60%

therefore , salt is 60% cheaper than sugar

Then cost of the sugar will be 130 rupees.

As in 130 rupees of sugar the salt is less than 30 rupees

then in 1 rupee of sugar the salt is less than 1×30/130

then in 100 rupees of sugar

the salt is less than is equal to 100×30/130= 300/30%.
