Here is something I have written on this pandemic that will be on a future blog I will post soon.
Answer:
COVID-19
COVID-19 (or the Novel Coronavirus) is the latest pandemic of 2020. It started near the end of 2019 and has already spread to 177 different countries across the globe, which is approximately 91% of the countries on Earth. Not only that, but the total sum of cases that have been reported so far has gone up to 4 M. Thankfully, nearly 1.6 M people have recovered from this devastating disease. Also, COVID-19, as Italy has said, does not kill a large number of people. So far, there are only 292 893 deaths in total, thus meaning that this Novel Coronavirus is very easily transmitted but is not as much of a deadly disease as we had thought.

Since we have all the data we need to minimize the spread of this disease, why are we not following the steps for guaranteed safety, or even following a good path like Seattle, and learning what to do from past history? "They couldn't know what to do in 1918 because they didn't have all the data. We've got their data, so we have the advantage,"- said Nancy Bristow, "we can do this differently." However, some countries had not done the requirements and are now being overrun with thousands of cases, like the USA. "What we learn from history is that we learn nothing from history."- German philosopher Georg Wilhelm Friedrich. We could do this differently, we just need to think with our heads and look at what options we have. Furthermore, when we decide, we have to think about the consequences and what good it will do for the people.
