=> 4x²(x - 2) + 1(x - 2) = 0

=> (4x² + 1) (x -2) = 0

So, either (4x² + 1) or (x -2) will equal to 0. The value of x cannot be -ve so we consider here (x -2) = 0 => x = 2.

Now,

Putting the value of x = 2,

(2x + 3) = (2 × 2 + 3) = (4 + 3) = 7
