here is my speech:-

many of you are here get jealous that he or she is doing better than me or sometimes you just question youself that where I went wrong why am I behind them so here's the one thing you should know that whatever struggle you did was to make your life better and you are doing your best on your own way and sometimes failure is the way you can find success and you will succeed one day you just have to come out of your comfort zone.

Example:- you decided that you are going to do this today you set the limit of your work what you have to do is that you have to break that limit and do that thing more and more you have to work hard to succeed but its doesn't mean you'll think that everyone is doing better than you. you don't have to compare youself with others and for sure you'll succeed one day.
