3 (\frac{3x - 1}{2x + 3} ) - 2 (\frac{2x + 3}{3x - 1} ) = 5 \\  \frac{9x - 3}{2x + 3}  -  \frac{4x - 6}{3x - 1}  = 5 \\  \frac{(9x - 3)(3x - 1) - (4x - 6)(2x + 3)}{6x {}^{2} - 2x + 9x - 3 }  = 5 \\  \frac{27x {}^{2} - 18x + 3 - (8x {}^{2}  - 18)}{6x { }^{2}  + 7x - 3}  = 5 \\  19x {}^{2}  - 18x - 15 = 30x {}^{2}   + 35x - 15 \\ 19x {}^{2}  - 30x {}^{2}  - 18x - 35x - 15 + 15 = 0 \\  - 11x {}^{2}  - 48x = 0 \\ 11x {}^{2} +    48x = 0 \\ x(11x + 48) = 0

Either x = 0

or

11x + 48 = 0

11x = –48

x = – 48/11
