Fraction of the land unsold after Rajesh bought it:

Land Rajesh bought = 1/3

Land remaining = 1 - 1/3 = 2/3

Fraction of the land unsold after Manoj bought it:

Manoj bought 1/3 of the remaining = 1/3 of the 2/3 land

Land Manoj bought = 1/3 x 2/3 = 2/9

Land left = 2/3 - 2/9 = 4/9

Find the total area of the land:

Fraction of the land unsold = 4/9

area of the land unsold = 600 m²

4/9 of the land = 600 m²

1/9 of the land = 600 ÷ 4 = 150

9/9 of the land = 150 x 3 = 1350 m²

Answer: The total area of the land = 1350 m²

rayan026: it's wrong answer it's showing 1350
rayan026: please check

Let to be Plot area be X

Total land sold =(1/3+2/3×1×3)x
=1/3+2/9=5/9x

then,
Left unsold=1-5/9=4/9x
