Please share observations of physics practical :

1) To Study The Relation between force of limiting friction and normal reaction and to find the coefficient of friction between surface of moving block and that of horizontal surface

2) Determine young's modulus of the material of a given wire by using searle's apparatus.

Answer:

Sliding friction is known as the friction between two surfaces when the bodies are sliding over them. It is also known as kinetic friction. Examples of sliding friction

the frictional force contain used to active and when the body has started sliding. The force of friction action during the slide of one body over another is called sliding a dynamic friction. Thurs to keep the block slide in one moving, one has to apply a force to overcome this sliding a dynamic friction. It has been observed that the required force to continue the the block sliding, once it is a started sliding, is less than the limiting friction. However to just start the object is sliding we need applied force greater than the limiting friction. Therefore we can conclude that when a body starts sliding friction acting is always less than the limiting friction
