Answer:

 { (\frac{5}{13} )}^{2 - 3x}  \times  { (\frac{5}{13}) }^{5x - 4}  =  { (\frac{5}{13} )}^{7x + 6}

 {a}^{m}  \times  {a}^{n}  =  {a}^{m + n}

 { (\frac{5}{13})}^{2 - 3x + 5x - 4}  =  { (\frac{5}{13} )}^{7x + 6}

 { (\frac{5}{13}) }^{2x - 2}  =  { (\frac{5}{13}) }^{7x + 6}

if \: bases \: are \: same \: power \: also \: be \: equal

so \: 2x - 2 =  7x + 6 \\ 5x =  - 8 \\ x =  \frac{ - 8}{5}
