First we name the the point of intersection of the diagonals as O.
So, here we have,
angle DAO = angle BAO.
So, angle 1 = 39 degrees.

Now, using the anglesum property of a triangle we get that,
angle ADO = 180 - 39 - 90 = 51.
Thus, angle 3 = 51 degrees.
