Here's your answer:-

 \frac{ {y}^{3}  - 27}{5 {y}^{2} - 16y + 3 }  \div  \frac{ {y}^{2} + 3y + 9 }{25 {y}^{2}  - 1}  \\  \\  \frac{ {y}^{3}  -  {3}^{3} }{(y - 3)(5y - 1)}  \times  \frac{ {5y}^{2} -  {1}^{2}  }{(y + 3) ^{2} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{(y - 3)( {y}^{2}  + 3y + 9) }{ (y - 3)(5y - 1)}  \times  \frac{(5y + 1)(5y - 1)}{ {y}^{2} + 3y + 9 }

 \frac{(y - 3)}{(y - 3)}  \times  \frac{(5y + 1)}{1}  \\  \\ =  1 \times 5y + 1 \\  \\  = 5y + 1

Answer :- 5y+1

Hope it helps
