 {(a -  \frac{1}{a}  ) }^{2}  +{ (a +  \frac{1}{a} ) }^{2}  \\ \\   {a}^{2}  - 2.a. \frac{1}{a}  +   \frac{1}{ {a}^{2} }  +  {a}^{2}  +  \frac{1}{ {a}^{2} }  + 2.a. \frac{1}{a}  \\  \\  2{a}^{2}  +  \frac{2}{ {a}^{2} }  - 2 + 2 = 0 \\  \\ 2( {a}^{2}  +  \frac{1}{ {a}^{2} } )
