Hi friend!

Since the pendulum takes 3s time for ¾ oscillation (look carefully, it doesn't make a full oscillation in 3s), the time period of the pendulum is 4s. We get this value by doing the following calculation:

Here, \\ n = No. \: of \: oscillations \\ t = Time \: taken \: for \: completing \: 'n' \: oscillations \\ \\ r = No. \: of \: oscillations \: needed \\ p = Time \: Period

n = \frac{3}{4} \\ t = 3s \\ p = t \div n \\ = 3 \div \frac{3}{4} \\ = 3 \times \frac{4}{3} \\ = 4sec

3.5 \: rounds \: of \: oscillation = p \times r \\ = 4 \times 3.5 \\ = 14sec

Therefore, the answer is:-
(a) 14 sec

Hope you found my answer helpful. Keep Smiling!
