AnswEr:-

Your Answer is 221 bags.

ExplanaTion:-

Given:-

  • Dimensions of a cuboidal granary = 8m × 6m × 3m.

  • Space occupied by one bag = 0.65 m³.

To Find:-

  • Number of bags that can be stored in the granary.

Formula Used:-

Volume of cuboid = L × B × H.

Where,

  • L = Length.
  • B = Breadth.
  • H = Height.

So,

Since the dimensions of the granary is 8m, 6m and 3m so the space inside it,

= Volume of the granary.

= 8m × 6m × 3m.

= 48m² × 3m.

= 144m³.

Also,

Space occupied by one bag is 0.65m³.

Therefore number of bags which can be stored in a granary of space 144m³,

= 144m³/0.65m³.

= 14400m³/65m³.

= 221.53 [Approx].

= 221 bags

[As the bags cant be cut down in 221.53 pieces].

Therefore 221 bags can be stored in the granary.
