Using Negative exponent law if the exponent is negative take the reciprocal of the fraction to make the exponent positive.

so, 1/3^-3 = 3/1 ^3 or 3^3= 27

1/2^-3 = 2/1 ^3 or 2^3 = 8

1/4^-3=4/1^3 or 4^3 = 64

{ 27- 8}÷( 64) , Following BODMAS

27-8÷64=27-8 = 19
