2. parasitism is a relationship between species where one organism,the parasite,lives on or in another organism, the host ,causing it some harm, and is adapted structurally to this way of life. a few examples of parasites are tapeworm, fleas, and barnacles. tapeworm are segmented flatworms that attach themselves to the insides of the intestines of animals such as cows and pigs.
