Jaya and Seema can do a piece of work in 10 hours . 

so, in 1 hour they will do 1/10 piece  of work .and Jaya alone will do the work in 15 hours.

so , in 1 hour she will do 1/15 of work.

Then 1/10 - 1/15 = xx = 5/150x = 1/30so , seema alone will do the work in  30 hours.
