given right
 {(x + \frac{1}{x} )}^{2} = {6}^{2} \\ {x}^{2} + { \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } } + 2 \times \ \: x\times \frac{1}{x} = 36 \\
 {x}^{2} + \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } + 2 = 36 \\ {x}^{2} + \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } = 34 \\ {x}^{2} + \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } - 2 = 34 - 2 \\
 {x }^{2} + \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} } - 2 \times x \times \frac{1}{x} = 32 \\ {(x - \frac{1}{x } )}^{2} = { \sqrt{32 } }^{2} \\ x - \frac{1}{x} = \sqrt{32} \\
x - \frac{1}{x} = \sqrt{16 \times 2 } \\ x - \frac{1}{x} = 4 \sqrt{2}
second part u will get it by multiplying the given and the current answer
