No. of oranges = 36
The rate of 1 orange = Rs 4.50
The money she had = Rs 162 (36*4.50)
If the cost of each orange increases by 90 paise = Rs 0.90
Then cost of 1 orange = Rs 4.50 + Rs 0.90 = Rs 5.40
Maney she had = Rs 162
No of oranges she can buy now = 162/5.40 = 30
After increase in price she can buy 30 oranges.
