\LARGE\bold{\underline{\color{teal}{ѕσlutíσn}}}

\;:;

We know that :

\large\bold{\mathtt{\boxed{\boxed{h=u t + {\frac{1}{2}} gt²}}}}

Where ,

  • h = height = ¿ (to find)

  • u = initial velocity = 0m / s

  • t = time taken to reach the ground = 2.5 secs

  • g = Acceleration due to gravity = 9.8 m/s²

Using relation ,:

\implies h = 0 × 2.5 + \bold{\frac{1}{2}} gt²

\implies h = 0 × 2.5 + \bold{\frac{1}{2}} × 9.8 × (2.5)²

\implies h = 0 + 4.9 × 6.25

\implies h = 30.625 m

therefore ,

The height of building is 30.625 m.
