(3x + 4)/(2 - 6x) = -2/5
=>5(3x + 4) = -2(2 - 6x)
=> 15x + 20 = -4 + 12x
=> 15x -12x = -4 -20
=> 3x = -24
x = -24/3 = -8
=>5(3x + 4) = -2(2 - 6x)
=> 15x + 20 = -4 + 12x
=> 15x -12x = -4 -20
=> 3x = -24
x = -24/3 = -8
