Answer:

Firstly you draw a square and in it a circle and draw a horizontal diameter then you will find that the diameter of the circle is equal to the side of square because in a square if you draw horizontal line it will be equal to its side.

Therefore 2r=6;r=3cm

Area of circle is πr^2=π(3) ^2=9πcm^2
