 {( \frac{11}{9}) }^{3}  \times  { (\frac{11}{9}) }^{6}  =  { (\frac{11}{9}) }^{2x - 1}  \\

 {( \frac{11}{9}) }^{3 + 6}  =  { (\frac{11}{9}) }^{2x - 1}  \\

 { (\frac{11}{9}) }^{9}  =  {( \frac{11}{9}) }^{2x - 1}  \\

Since bases are same, powers should be equal,

9 = 2x - 1 \\

10 = 2x

 \frac{10}{2}  = x \\

5 = x
