Answer: we use old Charles' s Law

v^1 / t^1 = v^2 / t^2 , pressure and  moles constant and the absolute

temperature scale is used.............

we solve for v^2 = v^1/ t^1 * t^2 = 1 . L / 300 . K * 400

k = 4 / 3
