Step-by-step explanation:

1) Draw a horizontal line and mark AB of length 2.5cm.

2) At A draw a line ALK perpendicular to AB.

3) At B draw line BL at an angle 60° to AB , to cut ALK at L .

4) At L draw a horizontal line LM.

5) From A mark AK = 7.5cm on the line ALK.

6) At K draw a line KM at 60° to KLA to cut LM at M .

Now , KLM has such that KL + LM + MK = 15cm , angle l = 90° and angle M = 30°
