Cyclic quadrilateral means thr sum of opposite angle of the quadrilateral is 90 degrees. So angle ABC = 90 - angle APC = 90 - 50 = 40 degrees.
angle CBD and angle ABC are in linear pair. angle ABC + angle CBD = 180 => angle CBD = 180 - angle ABC = 180 - 50 = 140 degrees

angle abc will be 80 degree as its a cyclic quadrilateral it is not given but its true as all its vertices touch the circle therefore the angle cbd will be also 100 degree as its a linear pair.
